Questions clients usually ask

How does the free recovery allowance work?
Every plan includes a set dollar amount of recovered savings that's passed straight to you with no fee — $500 on Starter, $2,500 on Growth, $10,000 on Business, and $1,000 per 10,000-shipment block on Enterprise. Once you're past that amount in a given month, a flat 10% applies to anything recovered beyond it.
What happens if I go over my plan's shipment volume?
On Starter, Growth, and Business, going over your monthly shipment cap moves you to the next plan up, or to Enterprise if you're consistently over 100K/month. Enterprise customers simply buy another 10,000-shipment block — same $99 base fee and $1,000 recovery allowance, added to what you already have.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Pay As You Go has no contract at all. Monthly plans can be changed month to month; annual plans can be adjusted at renewal.
How long does it take to get started?
Most accounts are connected and auditing within a few business days of sharing carrier credentials. We can also run a free audit sample on your last 30 days of invoices before you commit to anything.
Do you support international carriers?
We support major North American carriers today, with international carrier support added on request — reach out and we'll confirm coverage for your specific carrier mix.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract is required on any plan. Annual billing is a pricing choice, not a lock-in — you're still free to cancel, though annual fees aren't prorated for early cancellation.
